Add Someone
Add Someone is a discord bot that readds the @someone functionality
that was added for April Fools 2018, then removed the day after.
This has a few limitations due to being so easily spam-able:
- You can't ping @someone more than 3 times per message
- You have a 20 second cooldown between @someone messages
- You can't post the same thing twice
